The magic happens instantly: photos that are tagged with the particular hashtag will be embedded and printed out instantly. To ensure the system can fetch the content, guests are required to have their IG account privacy set as “Public”. We maintain a professional atmosphere with smart curation, so photos that are relevant to the event will only be printed. Once the photo is ready, guests can simply proceed to collect their photo at the printing station. It’s a fun, interactive way to reward your guests for sharing your event with the world.

Logistics

A minimum space of 1.5m x 1.5m under a sheltered/covered area is required, preferably located near a power outlet. Kindly provide one (1) table for setup. If a table is not available, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Our team will arrive one (1) hour before the scheduled event start time to complete setup. Teardown will be carried out immediately after the event and is expected to be completed within approximately 30 minutes.

In the event of adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or lightning, appropriate contingency measures may be implemented to ensure the safety of all guests and staff. These measures may include relocation to a sheltered area, adjustments to the event schedule, or modification of setup arrangements.

Do note that staff on site are not photographers, there are merely event crew. If you need a professional photographer, you might want to engage our Roving Photography service instead
