The GlamBot Video Booth requires a minimum space of 3m x 3m under a sheltered or covered area, ideally positioned near a power outlet. We also ask that one (1) table be provided for our equipment. If a table isn’t available at your venue, let us know in advance and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.
Our team arrives two (2) hours before the scheduled start time to complete the full setup. Teardown begins immediately after the event ends and takes approximately 30 minutes.
For outdoor or semi-outdoor events, we monitor the weather closely. In the event of heavy rain, strong winds, or lightning, our team may relocate the setup to a sheltered area, adjust the schedule, or modify the arrangement to keep guests and crew safe at all times.
