Frequently Asked Questions

Logistics

A minimum space of 3m x 3m under a sheltered/covered area is required, preferably located near a power outlet. Kindly provide one (1) table for setup. If a table is not available, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Our team will arrive two (2) hours before the scheduled event start time to complete setup. Teardown will be carried out immediately after the event and is expected to be completed within approximately 30 minutes.

In the event of adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or lightning, appropriate contingency measures may be implemented to ensure the safety of all guests and staff. These measures may include relocation to a sheltered area, adjustments to the event schedule, or modification of setup arrangements.
